About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work at pace with limited supervision
