GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant (Secondary) in our network of schools across Sunderland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key stage 4 (KS4).
- Provide individualized support to students requiring additional learning assistance, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- Monitor and report on students' progress, adapting support strategies as needed to ensure academic success.

Requirements:
