Development Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile regeneration project in the UK. As Development Director - Ebbsfleet Central, you will oversee the delivery of a flagship Garden City, driving sustainable growth and placemaking.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the project strategy, managing a skilled team, and working with consultants and external partners to deliver critical infrastructure and master planning.
Responsibilities- Lead the project from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the project budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, regeneration, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
