Operational Risk Reporting Specialist

Aviva Investors is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Reporting Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Risk Reporting team and the wider Operational Risk team to ensure the company maintains a robust risk and control environment and meets its regulatory requirements.
The Operational Risk Reporting Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Operational Risk Reporting Manager in establishing and maintaining the Risk Events, Errors and Breaches Policy, as well as the incidents management system. They will also perform second-line incidents monitoring activities to assess the embeddedness of the policy across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of risk events management, risk identification, measurement, management, monitoring, and reporting practices across the asset management and other financial services sectors. They will also have a good appreciation of working globally and be sensitive to cultural diversity.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to prepare complex data analysis and deep dives to support the Senior Manager in discussions or presentations to senior stakeholders and/or committees.
