About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at Southend Medical Centre. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, using your advanced autonomous clinical skills and broad theoretical knowledge base.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients' conditions, initiating direct referrals as appropriate.
- Provide expert advice to patients, carers, and colleagues.
- Prescribe safe, effective, and appropriate medication as defined by current legislative framework.
- Support and care for a diverse patient group as part of our multidisciplinary team.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- Registered General Practice Nurse (currently registered with the NMC).
- Recognised ANP qualification at Masters level and work as an Independent Nurse Prescriber.
