About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at The Practice Northumberland Avenue. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Work collaboratively with our general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring best practice standards.
What We Offer
- Annual salary of up to £60,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, plus in-house CPD training sessions tailored to your needs.

Person Specification
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Desirable: experience in a primary care setting, level 7 (MSc) practitioner accreditation, or a MSc course to ACP status.
