Job Summary
Primary Care Careers is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. This part-time role will support our clinical team in providing outstanding patient care, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad, in-depth theoretical knowledge base.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patient conditions, initiating direct referrals as necessary.
- Provide expert advice to patients, carers, and colleagues.
- As an independent prescriber, prescribe safe, effective, and appropriate medication, adhering to current legislative frameworks.
- Support and care for a diverse patient group as part of our multidisciplinary team.

Person Specification
- You will be a Registered General Practice Nurse, currently registered with the NMC.
- You will hold a recognized ANP qualification at Masters level and work as an Independent Nurse Prescriber.
- You will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multi-professional and agency boundaries.
- You will be forward-thinking, with a focus on developing innovative ideas and new ways of working to address the health needs of our practice.
