About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Access Talent Group as a 3D Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the interior fit-out phase of high-value data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all fit-out activities, from planning through to project handover, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Team Coordination: Lead the fit-out team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain fit-out schedules, ensuring all phases align with the overall construction timeline.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in fit-out finishes and materials.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding fit-out matters, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
  • Cost Management: Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and procurement teams to manage fit-out costs and resource allocation.
  • Documentation: Ensure all fit-out documentation, reports, and handover processes are completed accurately.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, ideally in data centre or high-tech environments.
  • Strong background in CSA disciplines, with in-depth fit-out expertise.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software, excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
