Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation and presentation. You will also be involved in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus, including food cost control and inventory management.">
  3. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.">
  4. Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.">
  5. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen targets and objectives.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
