Kaplan International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UK and internationally. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for our English language testing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the English language testing market.
  2. Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
  3. Sales Management: Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow our business.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
  • Strong understanding of English language testing products and their applications in educational and corporate settings.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: £55,000 per annum plus bonus potential.
