As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the ward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff in areas related to clinical care, treatment, therapy, and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement processes to share learning from local and national research and national guidance.
- Work closely with the clinical care team and relevant departments to utilize information and data to support the implementation and embedding of best practice.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement projects and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of working in a similar role.
