Residential Sales and Progression Manager

James & Partners is a leading property company in east London, offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
Job Description:This role involves managing sales pipelines and progressing deals through to completion. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's success.
Contract Terms:- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Liverpool Street, London
- Salary: OTE £47,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am-6 pm, Friday 9 am-5 pm
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales progression or residential sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the property market.
