Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to fill the role of Sales Progressor. This person will be responsible for advancing property transactions from offer agreed to successful completion and move-in. They will maintain communication with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors, and other parties involved in the transaction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience within estate agency is essential, with experience in residential property sales progression being a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks
  • Able to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively
  • Prior experience in dealing with high-volume workloads
  • Familiarity with the residential sales process and ability to navigate complex transactions
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
