We're seeking a skilled Graduate Associate EPC Project Manager to join our team in Norwich, where you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers in Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial functions. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects in a challenging construction environment.


What You'll Do

  • Deliver Innovative Solutions: Develop, approve, and implement cost-effective, efficient, and safe solutions in accordance with CDM Regulations and SHESQ considerations
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Provide support throughout the investment process, drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction, and take ownership of customer feedback received through the Quality of Connections Incentive
  • Collaborate with Teams: Assist Customer Account Managers by providing necessary information for timely customer offers, collaborate with EPC Project Managers, and contribute to Project Quality Assurance
  • Support Business Growth: Conduct site and condition assessments, support consenting and registration processes, estimate costs, and mitigate program risks to enable successful implementation of solutions on-site
  • Gain Valuable Experience: Attend in-person and virtual development sessions, gain experience in commercial, contractual, and financial management, and develop a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills
