About the Role


We're seeking a talented Graduate Associate EPC Project Manager to join our team in Norwich, where you'll work on exciting new projects and develop valuable skills in commercial, contractual, and financial management. As a Graduate Associate EPC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects in a challenging construction environment.


This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, working alongside experienced professionals in Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial functions. You'll have the chance to develop a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills, preparing you for a successful career at National Grid.


Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects, collaborating with EPC Project Managers and contributing to Project Quality Assurance
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction through proactive engagement, timely issue resolution, and effective recording of interactions in the CRM system
  • Business Development: Support business growth by conducting site and condition assessments, supporting consenting and registration processes, estimating costs, and mitigating program risks
  • Personal Development: Gain valuable experience in commercial, contractual, and financial management, attending in-person and virtual development sessions, and developing a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills
