Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our underwriting strategy, working closely with our Pricing and Technology teams to deliver high-margin growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute underwriting strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of underwriting and pricing models
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to underwriting team members
  • Contribute to the development of new insurance products and services
  • Work closely with brokers and other stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and conduct standards
