About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Tender Specialist to join our team at Enshore Subsea. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key role in defining and managing technical solutions and submissions for tenders from RFQ to contract handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents and produce a comprehensive tender summary for Bid / No-Bid decisions.
  • Select assets and develop installation methodologies based on project characteristics.
  • Carry out weather downtime analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Produce costings and cashflow forecasts.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of ITT, define client/tender requirements, prepare Tender Summary Slides, and disseminate relevant tender information to all relevant parties supporting the tender.
  • Develop solutions to RFQs from Enshore Asset pool.
  • Produce method statements for installation methodologies.
  • Design deck layouts on AutoCAD.
  • Produce equipment lists for defined methodologies.
  • Prepare and submit approved technical tender documentation.
  • Review Scope of Work documentation and produce gap analyses.
