Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with contract expectations. Your duties will include:
• Ensuring that cleaning standards are met and COSHH conformity is maintained
• Training and mentoring team members to adhere to safety protocols and best practices
• Reviewing and maintaining stock levels of cleaning consumables
• Reporting any building-related faults to the FM helpdesk
• Maintaining a positive Health & Safety culture across the site

Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in a previous cleaning role, who can work to high standards and schedules. You must have strong supervision skills and experience of managing staff. Qualifications in Health and Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH) and Cleaning (BICs) would be desirable but aren't essential.
