About the Role

Croda International Plc is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to drive the development and long-term strategy for our global marketing teams. As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering organic growth through innovation, collaboration, and a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic marketing elements of our competition and customer landscape
  • Collaborate with regional research and technology teams to ensure Croda is a market leader in Cosmetics, Beauty Care, and Personal Care
  • Develop and implement complex market strategies in a large Consumer Care-related organization
  • Design and successfully implement organizational and/or cultural change initiatives in a large, matrix organization
  • Build balanced cross-cultural teams that support fair treatment and opportunity for all
Requirements
  • Strong background delivering complex market strategies in a large Consumer Care-related organization
  • Firm understanding of customer and competitor behavior
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build relationships internally and with key customers globally
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
