Key Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for the marketing activities and branding of the organization and its products
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction at both a divisional level and on a global basis
  • Align the short and long-term strategic business plans of marketing with those of sales, R&D, and PSRA across all market segments of the business
  • Identify opportunities for new business product launches, marketing trends, and customer and consumer needs
  • Ensure new product launches meet minimum gross margin contributions for new and patented products
Requirements
  • Experience in leading matured strategic marketing cultures and methodologies globally
  • Firm understanding of customer and competitor behavior
  • Highly creative and curious mindset to identify new ways of working
