Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Reporting to: Customer Engagement Manager

Function: Sales

Location: Oxford - Witney

Salary: £25,000 + commission (1st year OTE £35k-£40k)

Job Purpose

The sales team is responsible for driving revenue and profit growth on all product and services supplied by Focus Group. The customer engagement specialist role is crucial in ensuring customers are informed about our product portfolio and upselling new features and additional services tailored to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and adapt product knowledge
  • Cross-sell different products to the existing customer base
  • Understand the sales process from start to finish
  • Sell upgrades to existing customers
  • Create opportunities through lead generation for surrounding teams covering all product offerings
  • Look for referrals from current customers, to build own client base
  • Ensure pipeline and forecasting is accurate at all times throughout the month
  • Meet productivity and sales-based KPI's
