About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team at the BMW Group. This 13-month placement offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and exciting environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support teams and departments with workshops, events, targets, and enabler projects.
  • Facilitate reporting and data analysis for HR topics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
  • Process sick notes, pension changes, create and distribute contracts and letters, and input employee information into our systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of associates who travel abroad for business purposes.
  • Be responsible for Future Talent Recruitment requirements, including creating adverts through to final offer.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR data privacy policies.

Requirements:



  • Studying towards a degree at a 2:2 or above in HR, Business Management, International Business, Psychology, or similar.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Time management and organisation skills.
  • Able to use your own initiative and prioritise workloads.
