We are seeking an exceptional Senior Support Worker to join our team at Layton House in Mansfield, Nottingham. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young people.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to take on a leadership position within our residential childcare setting. You will work closely with the management team to direct roles and responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise support workers to ensure excellent care and support for young people.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Ofsted guidelines.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
