We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Club Manager to lead our team in Lightwater, Surrey. As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality childcare services to children aged 3-11.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join In2Care, a reputable company within the In2Group, as we provide wrap-around provisions for Primary Schools in your local area. Our aim is to offer a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children to thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team on a daily basis, ensuring all tasks are completed, and the session runs smoothly. You will also be expected to welcome parents, maintain effective communication, and deal with safeguarding concerns according to In2Care's policy and procedures.

Key requirements include experience working with children, being happy, friendly, and fun, and possessing excellent team management skills. Ideally, you will hold relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Early years/Childcare Qualification and a Full Paediatric First Aid Course.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.50-£14.00 per hour, paid weekly.
