We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our After School Clubs as an After School Club Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring effective parent communication, and managing day-to-day operations. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement engaging programmes for children, incorporating planned and child-led activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our after school club sessions, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
  • Manage a small team on a daily basis, delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all staff are motivated, happy, and professional, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Welcome parents, providing effective communication and responding to feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills.
Location and Schedule

The role is based in Lightwater, Surrey, with a scheduled Monday to Friday, term-time only arrangement.
