**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Bank Nurse at Barchester Healthcare. This role will involve delivering high-quality patient care, creating personalized care plans, and ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.
Patient Care Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Providing safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and managing complex clinical conditions
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff
Requirements:**
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
