Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements through in-depth interviews and social media research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Generate leads and market information to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
