We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Legal Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our Private Practice desk, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in leading law firms.
About the Role
This is a junior Consultant role that offers excellent career potential and a competitive salary with a lucrative commission scheme. You will be working in our central London office, with a flexible working arrangement that includes 3 days/week in the office and the option to reduce this to 2 days/week in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and placing top talent in leading law firms
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
- Legal recruitment experience as a consultant or researcher with c.0-3 years' experience, or a qualified lawyer with at least six months' PQE
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
- A good academic record, including a degree
- A high level of professionalism, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to act with urgency
