About the Role:
- Acting as a consultant for our leading private practice division, working closely with senior consultants with decades of experience in legal recruitment.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Working in a collegiate and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
- Participating in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Collaborating with the management team to plan and execute recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
