About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Supervisor at Booker Wholesale. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer-focused individuals to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
  • Control debt and recover overdue or failed payments from customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely payroll records.
  • Engage with customers to prevent or resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Liaise with other department supervisors to monitor orders for delivery.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Have experience in supervising or managing a team.
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
