About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tesco store team as a Colleague Seasonal. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
