Castle Hot Tubs is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Hayscastle, Haverfordwest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, placing orders, and resolving customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide technical online telephone support to the public, regarding the repair and support of our products
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and offer aftercare advice

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident dealing with Customers seeking technical advice
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Practically minded who can work efficiently and use own initiative have the ability to self-motivate and show enthusiasm

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
