Morrison Water Services, a division of M Group Services, is seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team. As a Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our planning and scheduling team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing planning and scheduling team to deliver end-to-end journey for smart meter delivery.
  • Manage team performance, customer experience, and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure all planning activities are completed compliantly and within contract SLAs.
  • Implement and uphold key values and behaviors in planning areas.
  • Manage and review service delivery performance, including cost of failure.
  • Deliver Yorkshire Water's KPI performance measures.
  • Ensure all operational resources have an achievable and commercially viable workload planned daily.
  • Assist in delivering all planned work with close liaison with operational colleagues.
  • Ensure NRSWA legislation and requirements are followed within teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Extensive system and process knowledge, including SAP, ICE, Street Manager, Advantex, and Power BI.
  • Previous senior management experience in utility contracting or similar environments.
  • Good understanding of commercial/strategic awareness.
  • Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication and influencing skills.
