Rate of Pay: £21.95 - £27.78 per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with minimal supervision, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Mayor, ensuring their diary is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Supporting the Mayor with other administrative tasks, including managing inboxes, recording gifts and hospitality, and drafting short letters.
- Liaising with the Mayors Office team to ensure seamless support, including keeping them abreast of the Mayors schedule and forward plans.
Requirements:
- Educated to A level or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of providing senior level executive support.
- Experience of working with or having had some engagement with politicians.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
- You should have the right to work in the U.K.
- This role requires a basic DBS.
