Are you passionate about education and development? Do you have a strong background in endoscopy and a keen interest in leadership and management? We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for staff members of all experience levels. You will work closely with the Northern Endoscopy Training Academy (NETA) and other internal teams to create and implement effective training initiatives.

As a Clinical Educator, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to teach, supervise, and assess registered and unregistered staff. Prior experience in endoscopy and a strong understanding of leadership and management principles are essential for success in this role.

We are proud to offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
