We are seeking a skilled Key Receptionist to provide exceptional reception cover when our permanent representatives are absent. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills and ability to adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless temporary reception cover, ensuring clients' expectations are met with a high level of professionalism.
  • Be the welcoming face of the building by greeting and managing visitors in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Represent key stakeholders with a knowledgeable and positive approach, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Effectively manage couriers, post, and all deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Conduct general administration tasks, including submitting weekly reports on site activity as required.
Building Management:
  • Develop effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors, ensuring a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Maintain a pristine reception area at all times, reflecting the company's values and standards.
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers to ensure contractors carry out their duties effectively, prioritizing building security and maintenance.
  • Report and manage issues through the correct processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Tenant Experience:
  • Understand the local area by reading the local amenities file in the site notes.
  • Be aware of the site's added value/promotional events and be prepared to support as required, enhancing the tenant experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
  • A positive attitude and a can-do spirit, coupled with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new software.
  • Immaculate presentation and engaging demeanour, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • PC literate and socially media competent, with additional knowledge in building/facilities management advantageous.
