Civil Operative Water Services

We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Operative Water Services professional to join our team in the water services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including ensuring all lining works are conducted safely and in line with manufacturers' procedures.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring all lining works are safe and in line with manufacturers' procedures and IFU
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Setting up and removing site
- Defect and damage reporting
- Completing Inspection and Test Plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe work site
- Mentoring team members
- Escalating any issues that arise on site
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, company van and fuel card (business use only), access to retail discounts portal, cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and 21 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 25 with continuous service.
