IT Trainer Law Firm

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer to join their London-based team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training sessions, as well as one-on-one consultations and lab sessions.
- Develop high-quality learning courseware and end-user documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create eLearning modules using Articulate or Captivate, and update existing content as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departments, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in IT training and development.
- Proven experience in training delivery and development in a similar role.
- Proficiency in eLearning module development using Articulate or Captivate.
- Legal training experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and other relevant legal applications.
- Proficiency in iManage document management system applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
