A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer to join their London-based team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training sessions, as well as one-on-one training and consulting.
- Develop high-quality learning courseware and end-user documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create eLearning modules using Articulate or Captivate, and update existing content as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departments, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT training and development.
- Proven experience in training delivery and development in a similar role.
- Proficiency in eLearning module development and Microsoft Office 2016.
- Knowledge of iManage document management system applications and virtual meeting platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and mobile devices.
- ATD, TAP, or TPMA training qualification or equivalent preferred.
