A global law firm in London is seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training, as well as one-on-one sessions, to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop high-quality learning courseware and end-user documentation, addressing any issues or queries that arise during the development process.
- Create eLearning modules as required to supplement or replace traditional training classes, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience.
- Regularly review and update learning courseware and end-user documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure all administrative processes related to learning functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain training PCs to ensure they are properly prepared for delivery, adhering to preventative maintenance routines.
- Collaborate with the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departmental teams, and customers to achieve a positive and proactive working relationship.
- Proven experience in training delivery/development in a similar role at a similar level.
- Proficiency in developing eLearning modules using Articulate or Captivate.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, as well as other relevant legal applications, including time recording systems, expense management systems, metadata management systems, document comparison systems, workflow management systems, and electronic signature.
- Proficiency in iManage document management system applications, such as FileSite, iManage, and Work 10.
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms, including Webex, Teams, and Zoom.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and mobile devices, including iPhone and Android.
- Knowledge of telephone and voicemail systems, preferably Cisco.
- ATD, TAP, or TPMA training qualification or equivalent is preferred.
