A global law firm in London is seeking an experienced IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training, as well as one-on-one sessions, to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop high-quality learning courseware and end-user documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Design and deliver eLearning modules to supplement and/or replace traditional training classes, as required.
- Regularly review and update learning courseware and end-user documentation to ensure continued accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure all administrative processes related to learning and development are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance on training PCs to ensure images are properly prepared for training delivery.
- Collaborate with the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departmental teams, and customers to achieve a positive and proactive working relationship.
- Proven experience in training delivery/development in a similar role at a similar level.
- Proficiency in developing eLearning modules using Articulate or Captivate.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, as well as other relevant legal applications.
- Proficiency in iManage document management system applications.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms, such as Webex, Teams, and Zoom.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of telephone and voicemail systems, preferably Cisco.
- ATD, TAP, or TPMA training qualification or equivalent is preferred.
