About the Role

We are seeking a Global Engagement Coordinator to join our team at The British Council. As an experienced event professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing events strategies to support the organization's global engagement objectives. This role involves managing events, advising colleagues, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement events strategies to support global engagement objectives
  • Manage events, including planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Advise colleagues on event management and delivery
  • Evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in managing events and developing events strategies
  • Deep understanding of event management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,839 (plus market allowance if based in London) and benefits including 32 days annual leave and a career average defined benefit pension scheme.
