About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Here4You Access Team as a Clinical Support Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming referrals to Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust's Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Services
  • Provide advice and signposting information to callers on the Here4You line, including professionals and parents/carers
  • Liaise with other CYP services to ensure a positive journey for CYPs and their families
  • Provide supervision and training to colleagues and students
  • Complete thorough and holistic triage and risk assessments as needed
