About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Practitioner to join our Mental Health Access Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to the team, including screening referrals, providing advice and signposting information, and liaising with other professionals and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support to the team based on knowledge and experience as and when needed.
  • Support the induction of new staff.
  • Attend team meetings and away days where necessary.
  • Complete audits as required.
  • Support the implementation of service improvements and changes within the team setting.

Requirements

  • RMN/RNLD/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist with current registration.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health needs, including those with emotional wellbeing needs.
  • Good knowledge of universal children's services and children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services.
