About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our Here4You Access Team, providing clinical support to children and young people in Lincolnshire.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for screening incoming referrals, providing advice and signposting information to professionals and families, and liaising with other services to ensure a positive journey for children and young people.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in mental health or a related field, experience of working with children and young people, and a good understanding of emotional wellbeing and mental health services.
