We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Shaftesbury. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation
  • Ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all residents
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs. Our residents are supported to access the local community, gain life skills, and attend further education and courses.
