Shaftesbury Horizons seeks a Registered General Nurse for Bank hours. We are looking for individuals with passion, talent, skills, and experience in a caring and community-minded workforce.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be required to hold a valid NMC Pin and provide details to Shaftesbury.

Your duties will include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported, including assessments, medication administration, care planning implementation, and evaluation.

Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults in Poole, Dorset, supporting residents with physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs.

Residents are supported to access the local community, gain life skills, and attend further education and courses. Our core values promote independent living skills and interests.
