About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Shaftesbury Horizons. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be involved in assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning implementation and evaluation.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
