Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Cleaner and Office Administrator. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of the office to a professional standard outside of core business hours.
- Conduct light cleaning on Wednesdays and Fridays to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Report maintenance issues and assist in planning office improvements.
- Manage office supplies, including snacks, drinks, and essential equipment.
- Collaborate with coworkers during business hours to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience cleaning in a commercial or office environment.
- Experience in office management/admin is preferred but will consider candidates who do not have this.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
