Job Title: Camp Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Manager to lead our summer school operations in London-Central. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our camps, managing staff and students, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care

• Manage all staff effectively and respectfully, considering their personal development and providing all necessary support

• Ensure relevant safeguarding, health and safety policies are understood and adhered to

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including parents, agents, and external partners

• Ensure the administration, including weekend check-in/out class lists, registers, and pocket money, is well-organized and delivered

• Manage your working relationships professionally and sensitively, providing support and feedback to your camp management team

• Ensure the financial procedures in the camp are handled sensitively and professionally, strictly following Alpadia's rules

Requirements:

• Management experience in junior education or a similar role

• Experience working with juniors and managing a team of diverse personalities and skills

• Ability to multitask and overcome stressful situations, with a high degree of IT competency

• Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people

• First Degree or similar, with a teaching qualification an advantage
